My name is Paige Elmore and I’ve been working with animals my entire life. For as far back as I can remember my family has had dogs. As a child I spent my days teaching them basic obedience, which grew into off-leash play, eventually blooming into backyard agility runs on courses of my own creation.

As a child, I competed in Dressage and Eventing with my pony. Dressage was the bane of my existence when I was young. I didn't understand the importance of going slow, learning flexion, and obtaining balance. As I grew older, however, I began to understand why these things were so important. I credit dressage for the success of my leash etiquette program, as it taught me the importance of a gentle hand and the value of a well-timed "give." As an adult, my experiences came together helping me to create an effective obedience program based on clarity, consistency, and patience. All of this training and experience has led to my passion for dog training.

I am thrilled to be able to combine two of my life-long passions to bring you a PAWfectly Balanced and effective program. The goal of my program is to provide you with the tools you need to confidently handle your dog no matter where you take him.
